An unexpectedly hard shot by 唐沙旭 in the 5th minute of play forced USA's goalkeeper Marco Day to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 9 minutes into the match, Diablos Rojos's goal looked a bit too open when Cassius Byrne came free, but Remus Pinches reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 12th match minute, Diablos Rojos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raphael Vidal to maneuver through the defense. 14 minutes into the match, USA's goal looked a bit too open when Jose-Antonio Capon came free, but Marco Day reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 17 minutes into the match, 唐沙旭 notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of USA's Marco Day. Remus Pinches was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. In the 32nd minute, Cassius Byrne got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 35thth minute of the game Edward Mcdonald who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Diablos Rojos's Remus Pinches was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After taking down the ball on USA's corner Cassius Byrne fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Remus Pinches quite easily take care of the ball. Remus Pinches showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Monty Rogers in the 38th minute of the match. After 45 played minutes Diablos Rojos got a freekick which was hit by Jose-Antonio Capon. In the 48th minute of the match, Jose-Antonio Capon tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Marco Day saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cassius Byrne to make the kick off. Cassius Byrne could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Remus Pinches made a huge save. In the 59th minute Monty Rogers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Remus Pinches saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Diablos Rojos's Remus Pinches played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Monty Rogers in the 62nd minute of play. Marco Day stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of 唐沙旭's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. USA's Sam Campbell was substituted for Cassius Byrne. The supporters of Diablos Rojos booed when USA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jacob May didn't get a good kick on the ball. Diablos Rojos's Remus Pinches proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Diablos Rojos from getting a goal against them. A hard shot 83 in the game by Sam Campbell from a close distance when the talented Remus Pinches managed to make a qualified save. Diablos Rojos's players were relieved. Jose-Antonio Capon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. USA's Khalid Parry was substituted for Monty Rogers.
