Peru's Alonso Berganza managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Raphael Vidal in the 4 minute of the game. Remus Pinches made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luz Tejedor in the 6th minute of play. 7 minutes into the game, 唐沙旭 cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. In the 17th minute, 唐沙旭 left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Diablos Rojos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Remus Pinches came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Peru's Julian Murillo. But to his dismay, Julian Murillo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Remus Pinches showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. 25 minutes into the game, Diablos Rojos's 唐沙旭 nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rolando Noboa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. 31 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when 唐沙旭 came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Peru's Anthony Alvarado got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Diablos Rojos's Remus Pinches played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 47th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Julian Murillo made the kick off in the second half. A well placed Julian Murillo short distance shot in the 51st minute ended with a hard ball which without a chance for the goalkeeper went staright up into the goalkeepers left cross. 59 minutes into the game, Alonso Berganza threw the ball into play from the sideline. Diablos Rojos's Ulrik Sillén quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The crowd rose to their feet as Peru's Milagros Fraga slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Remus Pinches. That made the score 4-3 after 61 minutes of play. Remus Pinches made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliseo Mina in the 66th minute of play. Remus Pinches showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eliseo Mina, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. 67 minutes into the match, 唐沙旭 notched a goal, 5-3, to the right of Peru's Rolando Noboa. Rolando Noboa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Rolando Noboa came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Diablos Rojos's Thomás Vollmar. But to his dismay, Thomás Vollmar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-3. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 唐沙旭 in the 78th minute of play. Peru made a substitution. Rafael Gallo replaced Julian Murillo. Alonso Berganza made in the 82nd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Eliseo Alcocer however managed to control. In the 84th minute, Rafael Gallo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Peru fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-4. Remus Pinches made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Milagros Fraga sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Peru booed when Diablos Rojos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raphael Vidal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rafael Gallo in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Remus Pinches prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jose-Antonio Capon, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Diablos Rojos were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Peru for a fine match.
