With a couple of smart ball manuevers Youri De Poorter in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dante Lacasa saved Mexico from getting behind. In the 30th minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Horacio Lalla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 33rd match minute, Mexico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Macos Graciani to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Youri De Poorter got free with Dante Lacasa in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Horacio Lalla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mariano Cordero made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lautaro Mancebo got free with Horacio Lalla in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Horacio Lalla made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Lautaro Mancebo sent off a good shot on target. CERVEZA CALIENTE's defense didn't have a chance, in the 61st minute, when Alberto Tafalla scored to the left of an out of position Horacio Lalla, making the score, 0-1. 65 minutes into the match, Mexico's Alberto Tafalla sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Horacio Lalla narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 68 minutes into the game, Lorenzo Cazalla was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mexico's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CERVEZA CALIENTE the free kick. CERVEZA CALIENTE's Carlinhos Duarte was substituted for Moises Mogel. CERVEZA CALIENTE's Antonín Bartušek was substituted for Eustacio Gora. With a little luck, CERVEZA CALIENTE's Horacio Lalla got control of the ball when Alberto Tafalla tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 76 minutes of play, CERVEZA CALIENTE's Antonín Bartušek made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dante Lacasa was left in no man's land by his defense there! 86 minutes into the match, CERVEZA CALIENTE's goalkeeper Horacio Lalla had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lautaro Mancebo. After a rather tough play, CERVEZA CALIENTE's Antonín Bartušek got a free kick in the 87th minute. The supporters of CERVEZA CALIENTE booed when Mexico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lautaro Mancebo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Camilo Enaut received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Dante Lacasa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
