Malte Björkdahl made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 12th minute Martijn Makaay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Malte Björkdahl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 17th minute, Martijn Makaay left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Limburg FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Patrik Myr received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Malte Björkdahl tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Belchior Mamalis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Malte Björkdahl tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bo Levander kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. IFK Högalid's Malte Björkdahl proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save IFK Högalid from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, IFK Högalid's Jonathan Svensson got a free kick in the 74th minute. After 75 played minutes, Limburg FC's Patrik Myr shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Malte Björkdahl came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Limburg FC reached it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jonathan Svensson in the 78th managed to get into a good position.
