Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Daniel Zorita took the kick off in the first half of the match. Apolo Banegas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 2nd minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 8 minutes of play, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wei Chao Yi was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience was convinced that Cristian Sancho's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Wei Chao Yi was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. In the 12thth minute of the game Cristian Sancho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Deportivo el Divague's Wei Chao Yi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Julio Vera made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Jonatan Tolino sent off a good shot on target. 15 minutes into the match, Deportivo el Divague's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Wei Chao Yi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Liu Feng Quan in the 18th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wei Chao Yi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 24th minute of play. In the 31stth minute of the game Daniel Zorita who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Deportivo el Divague's Wei Chao Yi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 36 minutes, Daniel Zorita made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Deportivo el Divague's Wei Chao Yi tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Wei Chao Yi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Andino in the 41st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Deportivo el Divague's Jonatan Tolino got a free kick in the 45th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When Jonatan Tolino fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Deportivo el Divague's protests and gave Jonatan Tolino a yellow card for diving instead. After 51 played minutes Deportivo el Divague got a freekick which was hit by Jonatan Tolino. If Apolo Banegas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wei Chao Yi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 59th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Andino in the 61st minute of play forced Deportivo el Divague's goalkeeper Wei Chao Yi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 62 minutes had been played when some careless play by Deportivo el Divague's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Liu Feng Quan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 66th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Agustín Saelices to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Liu Feng Quan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Liu Feng Quan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Wei Chao Yi made a huge save. In the 79th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wei Chao Yi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 80th minute, Octavio Vellito hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cristian Sancho struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Wei Chao Yi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Liu Feng Quan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 84th minute Apolo Banegas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mauricio Orain kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. In the 92nd minute, Juan Sebastián Puig hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match was over Ecuador could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Deportivo el Divague throughout the match.
