In the 4th minute of the match Edmundo Espiga shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Osvaldo Vergílio showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Rafa Alves took the ball and in the 7 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lautaro Navarro. Lautaro Navarro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. After 12 minutes, Rafa Alves made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 17 played minutes MUSHIBA FC got a freekick which was hit by Amadeo Walme. When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, Rafa Alves put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Lautaro Navarro. Rafa Alves scored 5-0 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lautaro Navarro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Lautaro Navarro made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when 郭俊景 sent off a good shot on target. 37 minutes into the match, Rafa Alves dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Lautaro Navarro, 6-0. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Honduras from getting a goal against them. MUSHIBA FC's Deivid Capixaba got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Valentín Carvallo fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Honduras's protests and gave Valentín Carvallo a yellow card for diving instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 6-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell 郭俊景 to make the kick off. The supporters of Honduras booed when MUSHIBA FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. 郭俊景 didn't get a good kick on the ball. Valentín Carvallo made in the 57th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by MUSHIBA FC's 范剑源. Honduras's Valentín Carvallo managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by 范剑源 in the 59 minute of the game. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafa Alves in the 68th minute of play. After some careless play in the Honduras defense, Rafa Alves kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lautaro Navarro. The Honduras fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lautaro Navarro should have stopped the shot. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Moises Tafalla hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Honduras defense, Rafa Alves kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lautaro Navarro. The Honduras fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lautaro Navarro should have stopped the shot. After 79 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Esteban Carvallo. When MUSHIBA FC's Rafa Alves in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Honduras's goalie prevented a goal. When Deivid Capixaba came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the MUSHIBA FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Deivid Capixaba couldn't finish the play. Many of Honduras's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Honduras may have spent more time on the ball, but MUSHIBA FC were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
