Caco Azevedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Moises Fernandino in the 28th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

C.'s Caco Azevedo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save SORRISO E. C. from getting a goal against them.
