Jonatan Brion took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Michalis Manolios. Michalis Manolios dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Michalis Manolios didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 10th minute, which inside left pole to 2-0. Alkis Kanadopoulos's late challenge caught a Club Atletico Magaiba's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alkis Kanadopoulos helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Club Atletico Magaiba booed when Roeino FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alkis Kanadopoulos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Michalis Manolios was a little too slow when Haroldo Lidon got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 22nd minute. The score was now 3-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Theofanis Santis in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Felipe Elias saved Club Atletico Magaiba from getting behind. In the 28th minute, one of Roeino FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Roeino FC. The goalkeeper, Michalis Manolios, was totally fooled by Club Atletico Magaiba's Nicolas Frutos, who 29 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. After a defensive mix-up in Roeino FC's zone, Haroldo Lidon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Michalis Manolios came out of the goal and Haroldo Lidon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Felipe Elias stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Theofanis Santis's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. Michalis Manolios made an important save on a dangerous shot by Haroldo Lidon in the 39th minute. Roeino FC's Theofanis Santis got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Michalis Manolios made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Haroldo Lidon in the 45th minute of play. After having played for 46 minutes, Jonatan Brion managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Atletico Magaiba's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jonatan Brion was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Club Atletico Magaiba's Amado Aritza was substituted for Haroldo Lidon. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Amado Aritza made a kick off. Amado Aritza struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Michalis Manolios didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Atletico Magaiba. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Amado Aritza managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Atletico Magaiba's supporters rose to their feet, but Amado Aritza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Michalis Manolios breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Amado Aritza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Michalis Manolios tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 64 minutes, Amado Aritza made it 5-0 with a short kick to the right side. Roeino FC's Michalis Manolios tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Amado Aritza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, Roeino FC's Minas Kakavetsis got a free kick in the 69th minute. In the 70th minute Amado Aritza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Michalis Manolios saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Michalis Manolios didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Amado Aritza went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. Theofanis Santis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Amado Aritza's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Michalis Manolios was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. Theofanis Santis kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Theofanis Santis charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Theofanis Santis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 92 minutes into the match, Amado Aritza had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Michalis Manolios. Roeino FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Amado Aritza was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. In the 96thth minute of the game Theofanis Santis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club Atletico Magaiba's Felipe Elias was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Club Atletico Magaiba fully deserved thier win.
