Alkis Kanadopoulos showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. The supporters of san miguel fc booed when Roeino FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aris Kounenakis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Faustino Muc struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Michalis Manolios didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for san miguel fc. Niceto Vidal stood somewhat misplaced when Alkis Kanadopoulos came free in front of goal and shot 2-0 to the left of him in the 17 minute. Niceto Vidal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alkis Kanadopoulos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Michalis Manolios showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramon Cesaro in the 26th minute of the match. 29 minutes into the game, Roeino FC's Giannis Psomiadis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Niceto Vidal made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Niceto Vidal had great luck who in the 34thth minute grab hold of the ball when Alkis Kanadopoulos from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. In the 34th minute, Giannis Psomiadis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Michalis Manolios took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marciano Laurendi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 37th minute, Marios Lazarellis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Niceto Vidal was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. 40 minutes into the game, Roeino FC's Giannis Psomiadis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Niceto Vidal made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. When Hector Rivero came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the san miguel fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hector Rivero couldn't finish the play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marciano Laurendi was the one to do the kick off. Michalis Manolios made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ramon Cesaro in the 52nd minute of play. In the 53rd minute san miguel fc were awarded a corner. Faustino Muc went to the cornerflag to take it. A collision led to san miguel fc getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Candido Saturnin hit a great ball. In the 58th minute, Alkis Kanadopoulos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Marciano Laurendi hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Roeino FC's Alkis Kanadopoulos got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Alkis Kanadopoulos came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Roeino FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alkis Kanadopoulos couldn't finish the play. 67 minutes into the game, one of Roeino FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 68 minutes, san miguel fc's Faustino Muc got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Michalis Manolios. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Alkis Kanadopoulos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Roeino FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Alkis Kanadopoulos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Niceto Vidal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alkis Kanadopoulos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Niceto Vidal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Roeino FC getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Giorgos Kessaris hit a great ball. After 81 minutes of play, Roeino FC's Marios Lazarellis made it 6-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Niceto Vidal was left in no man's land by his defense there! The long shot by German Garikoitz in the 88th minute really tested Michalis Manolios's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. san miguel fc's Niceto Vidal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alkis Kanadopoulos in the 90th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Giannis Psomiadis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Roeino FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Giannis Psomiadis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Niceto Vidal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Faustino Muc hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Alkis Kanadopoulos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Niceto Vidal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Niceto Vidal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Giannis Psomiadis, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Roeino FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while san miguel fc had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
