When Iigo Fondos fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vinolles FC's protests and gave Iigo Fondos a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Vinolles FC getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Iigo Fondos hit a great ball. 6 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Magaiba's Jonatan Brion sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ceandro Pato narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 8th minute of the match Club Atletico Magaiba got a corner. Vinolles FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Haroldo Lidon ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Club Atletico Magaiba's Haroldo Lidon to fire away a dangerous shot which Ceandro Pato despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 10 minutes into the game, Club Atletico Magaiba's Haroldo Lidon nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ceandro Pato made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Haroldo Lidon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ceandro Pato having to interfere. In the 14th match minute, Vinolles FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xencio Yngles to maneuver through the defense. It was beautiful to see Club Atletico Magaiba's Haroldo Lidon in action when he in the 16th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! In the 20th minute, Haroldo Lidon ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ceandro Pato was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. The supporters of Vinolles FC booed when Club Atletico Magaiba was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victoriano Bernal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Haroldo Lidon might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ceandro Pato. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Haroldo Lidon ran back to his position shaking his head. Senio Torices sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 35 minutes into the match, Haroldo Lidon notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Vinolles FC's Ceandro Pato. Ceandro Pato was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jonatan Brion struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Ceandro Pato didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Atletico Magaiba. Ceandro Pato came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Atletico Magaiba's Jonatan Brion. But to his dismay, Jonatan Brion quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Haroldo Lidon to make the kick off. Haroldo Lidon got in the 53rd a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Ceandro Pato handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Vinolles FC's Ceandro Pato proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Vinolles FC from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Club Atletico Magaiba's Gaspar Naelio got a free kick in the 57th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Haroldo Lidon got free with Ceandro Pato in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Haroldo Lidon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Ceandro Pato tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lucas Ariza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Felipe Elias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Haroldo Lidon scored 0-5 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ceandro Pato, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Haroldo Lidon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sauveur Floranes in the 78th minute of play forced Club Atletico Magaiba's goalkeeper Felipe Elias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Haroldo Lidon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Ceandro Pato made a huge save. Vinolles FC's Ceandro Pato proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Vinolles FC from getting a goal against them. Felipe Elias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sauveur Floranes in the 83rd minute of play. Felipe Elias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sauveur Floranes, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Haroldo Lidon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ceandro Pato having to interfere. Club Atletico Magaiba's Amado Aritza was substituted for Haroldo Lidon. Club Atletico Magaiba were awarded a corner in the 95th minute after Vinolles FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jonatan Brion took the corner. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Amado Aritza got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 0-6. 96 minutes into the match.
