Jonathan Maldonado's late challenge caught a SK Slovan Jiřetín's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Milan Plecháč was the one to do the kick off. SK Slovan Jiřetín's Michal Meloun got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 56thth minute of the game Eloy Eder who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SK Slovan Jiřetín's Jiří Kos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 57 played minutes SK Slovan Jiřetín got a freekick which was hit by Milan Plecháč. But to his dismay, Milan Plecháč quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. With a little luck, SK Slovan Jiřetín's Jiří Kos got control of the ball when Benedicto Goito tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 71 minutes, Osvald Miklík mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SK Slovan Jiřetín and the Beltrán City FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to SK Slovan Jiřetín getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Osvald Miklík hit a great ball. Jarmil Koza hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Jiří Kos was out of position in the 80 minute of play, and Eloy Eder capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Eloy Eder really showed his touch with that goal: 3-2. Benedicto Goito who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 86thth minute tested the skills of Jiří Kos when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Alberto Sarracino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaroslav Benda in the 89th minute of the match. In the 91st minute Milan Plecháč shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alberto Sarracino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Eloy Eder came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Beltrán City FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eloy Eder couldn't finish the play. Beltrán City FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
