Jeremias Esdras fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ceandro Pato having to interfere. 5 minutes into the game, Gumaro Torices was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vinolles FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Wachipatos de Mataderos the free kick. A collision led to Vinolles FC getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Gumaro Torices hit a great ball. 10 minutes into the game, Domingo Baleren was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Wachipatos de Mataderos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vinolles FC the free kick. Domingo Baleren hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Ceandro Pato showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abel Iaki, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Aristides Loren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gumaro Torices in the 15th minute of the match. Hernan Gagriel was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 19 minutes into the match. Wachipatos de Mataderos's Aristides Loren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Wachipatos de Mataderos from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Vinolles FC's Iigo Fondos slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Aristides Loren. That made the score 1-0 after 30 minutes of play. When the match had gone on for 35 minutes, Abel Iaki put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Ceandro Pato. 38 minutes into the game, Abel Iaki cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Ceandro Pato was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Abel Iaki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 43rd minute, Osasun Lucas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 46th minute, Sauveur Floranes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Aristides Loren made a fantastic save in the 48th minute, when Sauveur Floranes sent off a good shot on target. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The wind increased when Osasun Lucas made the kick off in the second half. In the 65th minute, Gumaro Torices hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Vinolles FC getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Gumaro Torices hit a great ball. Abel Iaki recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 73 minutes into the game, Paulino Leonor was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vinolles FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Wachipatos de Mataderos the free kick. Wachipatos de Mataderos's Rene Patxi was substituted for Jeremias Esdras. 73 minutes into the game, one of Vinolles FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Ismael Gartzea shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. If Sauveur Floranes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Vinolles FC booed when Wachipatos de Mataderos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ismael Gartzea didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rolando Suarez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Ceandro Pato tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wachipatos de Mataderos's Aristides Loren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sauveur Floranes in the 90th minute of play. In the 92nd minute, Abel Iaki got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Wachipatos de Mataderos's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
