Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) 3 minutes into the game, Peru's Julian Murillo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Julian Murillo took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fabio Santilli. Fabio Santilli dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Julian Murillo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicklas Smitt in the 51st minute of the match. Fabio Santilli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliseo Mina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 54th match minute, KIA KAHA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Björn Ahlberg to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Peru getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Efraim Gilabert hit a great ball. In the 57th minute of the match Stanislaw Modliszewski sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rolando Noboa skillfully saved the ball. After 59 minutes, Björn Ahlberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KIA KAHA and the Peru players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the last second Fabio Santilli throw himself and got hold of the ball when Antonio Tenorio in the 94thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Peru were awarded a corner in the 96th minute after KIA KAHA's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Eliseo Mina took the corner. Peru's Eliseo Mina was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Fabio Santilli in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in.
