Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Joel Gaona made the kick off which started today's match. Vanadio F.C.'s Gordon Suarez got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 8 minutes, Alberto Tafalla managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mexico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alberto Tafalla was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rıfat Şahin in the 23rd minute of play. 25 minutes into the game, Lautaro Mancebo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Paulin Sequeiros was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Alberto Tafalla struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Paulin Sequeiros didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. Paulin Sequeiros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lautaro Mancebo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mexico's Dante Lacasa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Mexico from getting a goal against them. 40 minutes into the match, Vanadio F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Paulin Sequeiros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 43rd minute of the match Mexico got a corner. Vanadio F.C.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joel Gaona ran over to the corner to take the kick. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Gordon Suarez made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Vanadio F.C.'s Errapel Hernando got a free kick in the 51st minute. A long shot from Joel Gaona in the 52nd minute of play was well struck, but Paulin Sequeiros made a really good save at the right post. A collision led to Vanadio F.C. getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Servando Ariztimuño hit a great ball. Vanadio F.C. made a substitution. Leizarraga Olmedo replaced 邵飞思. In the 56th minute, Servando Ariztimuño hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Vanadio F.C. booed when Mexico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xavier Seco didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 81st minute of the match Giraldo Bermudez sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dante Lacasa skillfully saved the ball. A collision led to Vanadio F.C. getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Giraldo Bermudez hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice moves Joel Gaona could shoot a difficult shot in the 83rd minute, which Paulin Sequeiros however easily saved by the left post. Felix Luque hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Giraldo Bermudez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vanadio F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Giraldo Bermudez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dante Lacasa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alberto Tafalla could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Paulin Sequeiros made a huge save. Alberto Tafalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Mexico supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Mexico would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
