Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gandalf Head kicked off to start the match. After some careless play in the FC MARKUS defense, Daniel Zorita kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arkadiusz Kostka. The FC MARKUS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arkadiusz Kostka should have stopped the shot. Lucjan Drugi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. 17 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Gandalf Head came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC MARKUS's goalkeeper Arkadiusz Kostka, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. FC MARKUS's Arkadiusz Kostka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Andino in the 23rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arkadiusz Kostka breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Arkadiusz Kostka took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juan Sebastián Puig, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 28th minute, Cristian Sancho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arkadiusz Kostka was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Cristian Sancho struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Arkadiusz Kostka didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teobald Jeziorkowski in the 36th minute of play. Arkadiusz Kostka came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Daniel Zorita. But to his dismay, Daniel Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 40th minute of play forced FC MARKUS's goalkeeper Arkadiusz Kostka to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 41st minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. FC MARKUS's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Ecuador's corner Cristian Sancho fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Arkadiusz Kostka quite easily take care of the ball. 42 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arkadiusz Kostka. FC MARKUS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristian Sancho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. After the first half Ecuador were leading 1-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Zorita to make the kick off. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teobald Jeziorkowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. FC MARKUS's Arkadiusz Kostka proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save FC MARKUS from getting a goal against them. In the 71st minute Luis Andino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arkadiusz Kostka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ecuador's Cristian Sancho got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Felix Montenegro's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Arkadiusz Kostka firmly grabbed it by the left post. Arkadiusz Kostka was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Felix Montenegro showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-5 in the 78 minute of play. Gandalf Head fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gandalf Head, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC MARKUS's Arkadiusz Kostka proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save FC MARKUS from getting a goal against them. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Arkadiusz Kostka made a huge save.
