When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Joel Gaona made a kick off. After 53 played minutes Mexico got a freekick which was hit by Lorenzo Cazalla. In the 53rd minute of the match Silvestre Moise shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dante Lacasa showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Joel Gaona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cai Shi Sheng in the 62nd minute of play. With a little luck, Asesinos Por Naturaleza's Pablo Lohitzun got control of the ball when Alberto Tafalla tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Asesinos Por Naturaleza players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
