Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Pawel Kochanowski started the match with the kick off. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maciej Bartelak in the 5th minute of the match. When Maciej Bartelak fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored The Irons Chorzów's protests and gave Maciej Bartelak a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Honduras booed when The Irons Chorzów was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maciej Bartelak didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ksawery Rutkowski got a throw-in 9 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Patryk Snaza. Honduras's Sebastian Villa got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lautaro Navarro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alfred Babicki in the 11th minute. Alfred Babicki might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lautaro Navarro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alfred Babicki ran back to his position shaking his head. After 16 played minutes The Irons Chorzów got a freekick which was hit by Maciej Bartelak. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pawel Kochanowski got free with Lautaro Navarro in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sebastian Villa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Piotr Lech having to make a save. When Valentín Carvallo fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Honduras's protests and gave Valentín Carvallo a yellow card for diving instead. Valentín Carvallo kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maciej Bartelak in the 34th minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Irons Chorzów's Maciej Bartelak was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 37th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. 40 minutes into the game, Honduras's Sebastian Villa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Piotr Lech made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 43rd minute of the match Alfred Babicki shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lautaro Navarro showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 45 minutes into the match, Maciej Bartelak dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Lautaro Navarro, 2-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Edmundo Espiga managed to get in a good position for a shot. Honduras's supporters rose to their feet, but Edmundo Espiga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Piotr Lech breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Honduras booed when The Irons Chorzów was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ksawery Rutkowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 57th match minute, The Irons Chorzów was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wincent Gruchacz to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 57 minutes, Edmundo Espiga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Honduras's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edmundo Espiga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 62nd minute Maciej Bartelak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pawel Kochanowski in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lautaro Navarro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patryk Snaza in the 69th minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Maciej Bartelak's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lautaro Navarro was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. After having played for 84 minutes, Maciej Bartelak managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The Irons Chorzów's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maciej Bartelak was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Honduras's Sebastian Villa quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Marian Duda, made in the 85th minute of the game. Marian Duda made in the 87th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Patryk Snaza however managed to control. After a rather tough play, The Irons Chorzów's Marian Duda got a free kick in the 91st minute. There was no doubt that The Irons Chorzów were the better team. The Irons Chorzów's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
