In the 20th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Correa to maneuver through the defense. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that 刘磊杰 was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when 刘磊杰 sent off a good shot on target. Salvador Gisbert made in the 36th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Patricio Costa immediately put the ball in play. 41 minutes into the game, 【№1】游戏王's 刘磊杰 nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. The supporters of Venezuela booed when 【№1】游戏王 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. 杜风剑 didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

With a little luck, 【№1】游戏王's Emilio Pizziolo got control of the ball when Tomas Illescas tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 77thth minute of the game Niceto Sesuldo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niceto Sesuldo in the 85th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! Niceto Sesuldo might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonathan Ferrant. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Niceto Sesuldo ran back to his position shaking his head. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niceto Sesuldo in the 93rd minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the 【№1】游戏王 players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
