In the 14th minute, Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC's Francesco Coscia dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Quique Branca in the 21st minute. Quique Branca made a great header on Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC's corner, it was just that Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant managed to reach the ball for a save. 24 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Francesco Coscia. Francesco Coscias short, quick shot in the 26thth minute got Jonathan Ferrant to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erwin Jadamowitz in the 36th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 41 minutes had been played when some careless play by Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Tomas Illescas was slow to take the kick. During this time Venezuela's players had a chance to rest. 43 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Eugenio Cannata came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 45th minute, Serafim Malta left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. The supporters of Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Correa didn't get a good kick on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

In the 54th minute Francesco Coscia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Liu Xing Qiang breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Didier Skarsø stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Didier Skarsø tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 91st match minute, Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valeriu Stoicescu to maneuver through the defense. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Didier Skarsø in the 95th minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC had played much better football throughout.
