Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) After a rather tough play, Mexico's Alberto Tafalla got a free kick in the 2nd minute. 11 minutes into the match, MACAU. F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Luca Zorita came free, but Anselmo Gama reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lautaro Mancebo struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Anselmo Gama didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. After a rather tough play, MACAU. F.C's Marconi Rock got a free kick in the 13th minute. In the 16th minute, Alberto Tafalla ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anselmo Gama was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 20 minutes into the match, Angelo Assunção notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Mexico's Dante Lacasa. Dante Lacasa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Albino Cugat scored 2-1 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dante Lacasa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Luca Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anselmo Gama having to interfere. In the 37th match minute, MACAU. F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aloísio Esteves to maneuver through the defense. 38 minutes into the match, MACAU. F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Luca Zorita came free, but Anselmo Gama reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 40 minutes had been played when some careless play by MACAU. F.C's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Joel Gaona was slow to take the kick. During this time Mexico's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Mexico's Joel Gaona to fire away a dangerous shot which Anselmo Gama despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bater Pivetta in the 42nd minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anselmo Gama took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 46 minutes, Albino Cugat took a quick shot and it went in 3-1 without a chance for Dante Lacasa to make any attempt to save it.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joel Gaona to make the kick off. Alberto Tafalla could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Anselmo Gama made a huge save. Lautaro Mancebo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anselmo Gama having to interfere. MACAU. F.C made a substitution. Lourenço Vilanova replaced Daniel Correia. 59 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Şükrü Yazargil came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Alberto Tafalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angelo Assunção in the 65th minute of the match. MACAU. F.C made a substitution. Cristiano Pelé replaced Albino Cugat. A collision led to MACAU. F.C getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Marconi Rock hit a great ball. Anselmo Gama made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 72nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 74th minute of play forced MACAU. F.C's goalkeeper Anselmo Gama to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 75 minutes into the game, MACAU. F.C's Şükrü Yazargil nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dante Lacasa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristiano Pelé, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. MACAU. F.C's Anselmo Gama played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 82nd minute of play. Joel Gaona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cristiano Pelé kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Joel Gaona's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Anselmo Gama was relentless in the 94th minute of the game. After 95 minutes, Bater Pivetta mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MACAU. F.C and the Mexico players grew even worse after the yellow card. Mexico's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
