Pedro Manzanares made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. 8 minutes into the game, Axel Montenegro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Sören Tunberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Zdzislaw Liermann kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Colombia from getting a goal against them. Sören Tunberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santino Seco, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Wargön's Sören Tunberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 22nd minute of play. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 25 minutes into the match, Wargön's goal looked a bit too open when Abram Sarmiento came free, but Sören Tunberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 29 minutes into the game, Wargön's Mikael Liberatore nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pedro Manzanares made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. The throw-in from Artur Buba in the 32nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Colombia's Kevin Mastache. In the 37th minute Mikael Liberatore shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 39 minutes into the game, Iwan Czeberowski threw the ball into play from the sideline. Colombia's Orlando Tafalla quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Axel Montenegro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sören Tunberg having to make a save. 42 minutes into the match, Wargön's goal looked a bit too open when Axel Montenegro came free, but Sören Tunberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Colombia's Kevin Mastache managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Archibaldo Velaz in the 47 minute of the game. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Mikael Liberatore made the kick off in the second half. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mikael Liberatore in the 65th minute of play. Wargön's Sören Tunberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Wargön from getting a goal against them. Sören Tunberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santino Seco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Colombia's Ignacio Mastache was substituted for Abram Sarmiento. In the 72nd minute of the game Artur Buba made a throw-in which Nils-Arne Nilsson played forward. In the 74th minute Abram Secada shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sören Tunberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sören Tunberg was out of position in the 75 minute of play, and Abram Secada capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Abram Secada really showed his touch with that goal: 3-2. Sören Tunberg made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Abram Secada sent off a good shot on target. Artur Buba made in the 81st minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Zdzislaw Liermann. Pedro Manzanares didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bayan Baye went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-2 was the resulting score. 85 minutes into the game, Bayan Baye cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-2. Pedro Manzanares was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 87 played minutes Wargön got a freekick which was hit by Artur Buba. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivar Siöberg in the 91st minute of the match. Sören Tunberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kevin Mastache, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the Colombia players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Wargön.
