Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Mexico's Joel Gaona started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Lautaro Mancebo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kirk Hoskin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 2nd minute of play. Alberto Tafalla scored 0-1 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kirk Hoskin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 7th minute, Macos Graciani hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Arnie Kenack managed to get in a good position for a shot. Harry Cool's supporters rose to their feet, but Arnie Kenack was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dante Lacasa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Alberto Tafalla fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mexico's protests and gave Alberto Tafalla a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Mexico getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Alberto Tafalla hit a great ball. Kirk Hoskin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 14th minute of play. After 15 played minutes Harry Cool got a freekick which was hit by Arnie Potter. Harry Cool's Kirk Hoskin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 16th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Joel Gaona's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kirk Hoskin was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 21st minute of play forced Harry Cool's goalkeeper Kirk Hoskin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kirk Hoskin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Harry Cool's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luca Zorita was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Harry Cool's Kirk Hoskin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 32nd minute of play. Kirk Hoskin came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo. But to his dismay, Lautaro Mancebo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. When Alberto Tafalla came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alberto Tafalla couldn't finish the play. Harry Cool's Kirk Hoskin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 41st minute of play. Joel Gaona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kirk Hoskin having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

If Joel Gaona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kirk Hoskin came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo. But to his dismay, Lautaro Mancebo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Lautaro Mancebo in the 57thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Kirk Hoskin, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 60th minute, Mexico's Alberto Tafalla ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Kirk Hoskin. Kirk Hoskin yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-6. In the 67th minute, Arnie Kenack hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Mexico's Alberto Tafalla slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Kirk Hoskin. That made the score 0-7 after 69 minutes of play. After 73 minutes Harry Cool's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joel Gaona who took care of the corner kick. Joel Gaona made a great header on Mexico's corner, it was just that Harry Cool's Kirk Hoskin managed to reach the ball for a save. Kirk Hoskin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 74th minute of the match. In the 75th minute Mexico were awarded a corner. Joel Gaona went to the cornerflag to take it. Kirk Hoskin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Facundo Cadaval in the 77th minute of play. 78 minutes into the game, Mexico's Joel Gaona nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kirk Hoskin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-8. After a rather tough play, Harry Cool's Biddle Ogle got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Kirk Hoskin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 85th minute. In the 85th minute, Mexico's Alberto Tafalla dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-9. The supporters of Harry Cool booed when Mexico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Luque didn't get a good kick on the ball. Joel Gaona blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kirk Hoskin having to make a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joel Gaona in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kirk Hoskin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the final whistle sounded Mexico left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Harry Cool.
