EngTULIO&Tupipano's Túlio Oury played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Andino in the 6th minute of play. Agustín Saelices sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 12 minutes into the match, Agustín Saelices notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of EngTULIO&Tupipano's Túlio Oury. Túlio Oury was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Túlio Oury tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Túlio Oury having to interfere. Cristian Sancho scored 0-2 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Túlio Oury, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Felix Montenegro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Cacá Gaúcho hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. In the 34th minute, Abelardo Pontes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Zorita to make the kick off. Daniel Zorita in the 53rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. After having played for 83 minutes, Luis Andino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luis Andino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Juan Sebastián Puig kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Flávio Rocha stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Flávio Rocha tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Túlio Oury made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Túlio Oury tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
