Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Joel Gaona kicked off to start the match. After a defensive mix-up in Mexico's zone, Benjamin de Lara stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dante Lacasa came out of the goal and Benjamin de Lara tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 5 minutes into the match, Joel Gaona notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Grandi Lupi's Alfonz Kállai. Alfonz Kállai was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 10th minute, Alberto Tafalla got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Macos Graciani hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Frank Tristezza might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dante Lacasa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Frank Tristezza ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 29th minute of the match, Frank Tristezza tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Dante Lacasa saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 39 played minutes Mexico got a freekick which was hit by Macos Graciani. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Frank Tristezza made the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Benjamin de Lara came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Tristezza in the 60th minute of play. In the 63rd minute, Frank Tristezza ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dante Lacasa was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. An unexpected shot in the 69th minute by Joel Gaona got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Alfonz Kállai was out of position in the 72 minute of play, and Alberto Tafalla capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Alberto Tafalla really showed his touch with that goal: 2-2. Louis-Philippe Damman might have been able to make a better finish in the 75th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dante Lacasa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Louis-Philippe Damman ran back to his position shaking his head. The throw-in from Lautaro Mancebo in the 81st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Grandi Lupi's Frank Tristezza. In the 82nd minute, Árpád Láng ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dante Lacasa was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Tristezza, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the Mexico players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Grandi Lupi.
