To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Samir Uzhan fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ᗩᔕᒪᗩᑎғᴋ's protests and gave Samir Uzhan a yellow card for diving instead. 18 minutes into the game, one of ᗩᔕᒪᗩᑎғᴋ:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Qian Zheng Yi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Luís Cubilla's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. In the 27th minute of the match Bektaş Çol sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Qian Zheng Yi skillfully saved the ball. 30 minutes into the match, Herblay's goal looked a bit too open when Luís Cubilla came free, but Qian Zheng Yi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. ᗩᔕᒪᗩᑎғᴋ were awarded a corner in the 33th minute after Herblay's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. After a rather tough play, Herblay's Alban Marquier got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Qian Zheng Yi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robert Budrewicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. ᗩᔕᒪᗩᑎғᴋ's Robert Budrewicz got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
The audience was convinced that Luís Cubilla's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Qian Zheng Yi was relentless in the 51st minute of the game. In the 57th minute, Luís Cubilla ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Qian Zheng Yi was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. After a defensive mix-up in Herblay's zone, Luís Cubilla stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Qian Zheng Yi came out of the goal and Luís Cubilla tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Herblay booed when ᗩᔕᒪᗩᑎғᴋ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Buğra Zoral didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 70 minutes, Emir Gültekin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ᗩᔕᒪᗩᑎғᴋ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emir Gültekin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 76 minutes into the game, ᗩᔕᒪᗩᑎғᴋ's Luís Cubilla nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Qian Zheng Yi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Qian Zheng Yi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís Cubilla in the 79th minute of the match. Herblay's Qian Zheng Yi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robert Budrewicz in the 80th minute of play. 83 minutes into the match, Luís Cubilla notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Herblay's Qian Zheng Yi. Qian Zheng Yi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luís Cubilla might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Qian Zheng Yi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Luís Cubilla ran back to his position shaking his head. 86 minutes into the match, Herblay's goal looked a bit too open when Luís Cubilla came free, but Qian Zheng Yi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Luís Cubilla's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Qian Zheng Yi was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. Qian Zheng Yi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luís Cubilla, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Samir Uzhan kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Herblay's Jean-Michel Portier shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 97th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Güntekin Adılhan but with some difficulty. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. ᗩᔕᒪᗩᑎғᴋ had played much better football throughout.
