In the 5th minute, Monty Rogers ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Onur-Recep Kıvrak was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Onur-Recep Kıvrak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Monty Rogers in the 8th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benedykt Lanczak in the 11th minute of play forced USA's goalkeeper Marco Day to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Benedykt Lanczak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 13 minutes into the match, USA's goal looked a bit too open when Benedykt Lanczak came free, but Marco Day reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Onur-Recep Kıvrak came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by USA's Cassius Byrne. But to his dismay, Cassius Byrne quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 29 minutes into the match, USA's goalkeeper Marco Day had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Benedykt Lanczak. The supporters of Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ booed when USA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jacob May didn't get a good kick on the ball. Onur-Recep Kıvrak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Monty Rogers in the 38th minute of play. In the 38thth minute of the game Monty Rogers who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ's Onur-Recep Kıvrak was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Monty Rogers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half USA were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cassius Byrne to make the kick off. Onur-Recep Kıvrak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Monty Rogers in the 61st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Monty Rogers in the 62nd minute of play forced Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ's goalkeeper Onur-Recep Kıvrak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ's Florentino Greatwich got a free kick in the 64th minute. Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ's Anastasio Jurdan was substituted for Ediz Tanbolat. Florentino Greatwich hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cassius Byrne in the 67th minute of play forced Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ's goalkeeper Onur-Recep Kıvrak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cassius Byrne in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Onur-Recep Kıvrak saved Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ from getting behind. A collision led to Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Veysel Akçay hit a great ball. USA made a substitution. Sam Campbell replaced Cassius Byrne. Veysel Akçay kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Monty Rogers shot from long distance in the 72nd minute, but Onur-Recep Kıvrak was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. Onur-Recep Kıvrak made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sam Campbell in the 73rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sam Campbell got free with Onur-Recep Kıvrak in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sam Campbell in the 85th minute of play forced Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ's goalkeeper Onur-Recep Kıvrak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Onur-Recep Kıvrak came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by USA's Monty Rogers. But to his dismay, Monty Rogers quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. USA made a substitution. Marco Baker replaced Edward Mcdonald. After 91 played minutes Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ got a freekick which was hit by Ahmet Hamdi Baran. Onur-Recep Kıvrak was out of position in the 93 minute of play, and Khalid Parry capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Khalid Parry really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. USA played a much better game than Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ and deserved their victory. The Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
