In the 8th match minute, Futuros FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucas Hernández to maneuver through the defense. In the 10th minute, Vicente Dantas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pedro Manzanares was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Futuros FC's João Carlos Andrade played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santino Seco in the 13th minute of play. Lucas Hernández kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. 29 minutes into the game, Adhemar Furtado threw the ball into play from the sideline. Colombia's Kevin Mastache quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. João Carlos Andrade showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Axel Montenegro, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. A sloppy throw-in by Adhemar Furtado in the 34th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Colombia's Kevin Mastache. The audience was convinced that Axel Montenegro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but João Carlos Andrade was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. Colombia were awarded a corner in the 51th minute after Futuros FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Axel Montenegro took the corner. The corner ended in Luis Cazalla almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Futuros FC's João Carlos Andrade did a great save. Axel Montenegro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Carlos Andrade having to interfere. In the 56th minute, Mai Xun Kang left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Futuros FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. João Carlos Andrade was a little too slow when Abram Sarmiento got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 59th minute. The score was now 2-1. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Krakaca Neto in the 61st minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Axel Montenegro in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck João Carlos Andrade prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The attack was good, but when Axel Montenegro in the 65th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Colombia's Abram Secada was substituted for Axel Montenegro. An unexpectedly hard shot by Krakaca Neto in the 68th minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Abram Secada came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Colombia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abram Secada couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ignacio Mastache in the 73rd minute of play forced Futuros FC's goalkeeper João Carlos Andrade to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. João Carlos Andrade made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ignacio Mastache in the 77th minute of play. Colombia's Kevin Mastache quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Adhemar Furtado, made in the 78th minute of the game. A throw-in in the 81st minute of the game was made by Adhemar Furtado with Lucas Hernández as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Krakaca Neto in the 85th minute of the match. Adhemar Furtado got a throw-in 87 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Lucas Hernández. Kevin Mastache received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. João Carlos Andrade tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 93 minutes into the game, Ignacio Mastache recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of João Carlos Andrade. Ignacio Mastache showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. The Colombia players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Futuros FC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
