In the 3rd minute of the match Daniel Zorita sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sven Hake skillfully saved the ball. After 4 minutes LosPibardos F.C's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Daniel Zorita got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Sven Hake quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When Carles Clos fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored LosPibardos F.C's protests and gave Carles Clos a yellow card for diving instead. Sven Hake took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 10 minutes into the match, LosPibardos F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Sven Hake reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Cristian Sancho came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Sancho couldn't finish the play. Cristian Sancho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sven Hake having to make a save. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Galeno Chico in the 18th minute of play. LosPibardos F.C's Pol Roca was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Julio Vera in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sven Hake having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lonnie Crow during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, LosPibardos F.C's Lonnie Crow got a free kick in the 27th minute. Sven Hake showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 28th minute of the match. In the 29th minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. LosPibardos F.C's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. Efrain Nahia tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Sven Hake. An unnecessary self made goal, 0-1 in the 29th minute. After having played for 32 minutes, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Zorita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Galeno Chico managed to get in a good position for a shot. LosPibardos F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Galeno Chico was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 35th minute, Daniel Zorita left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Felix Montenegro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sven Hake having to interfere. 43 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Luis Andino nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sven Hake made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Sven Hake showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Galeno Chico to strike the kick off in the second half. Julio Vera didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Galeno Chico went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. 58 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Galeno Chico came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Sven Hake made a huge save. Sven Hake came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Cristian Sancho. But to his dismay, Cristian Sancho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. A well done corner resulted in Juan Sebastián Puig drilling the ball in to score 1-5 behind LosPibardos F.C's goalkeeper. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Sven Hake in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sven Hake showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Sven Hake stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cristian Sancho's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. In the 89th match minute, LosPibardos F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Galeno Chico to maneuver through the defense. Efrain Nahia hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Sven Hake tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match was over Ecuador could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than LosPibardos F.C throughout the match.
