Spectators: 51 (Terracing: 39, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Cezary Makomaski started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Monty Rogers took the ball and in the 4 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dani Hernández. Dani Hernández dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Cezary Makomaski scored 1-1 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marco Day, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Filip Bochinski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Marco Day tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 15th minute, a hard, long distance shot from Filip Bochinski hit the top of the crossbar and flew over the goal. In the 17th minute Äliqulu Vermäliyev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 19 minutes into the match, Chivos de Punto Fijo's goal looked a bit too open when Cassius Byrne came free, but Dani Hernández reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in USA's zone, Cezary Makomaski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marco Day came out of the goal and Cezary Makomaski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 23 minutes into the match, USA's goal looked a bit too open when Filip Bochinski came free, but Marco Day reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marco Day made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Cezary Makomaski sent off a good shot on target. In the 27th minute Monty Rogers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dani Hernández saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 28th minute of the match USA got a corner. Chivos de Punto Fijo's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cassius Byrne ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Diego Bradley almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Chivos de Punto Fijo's Dani Hernández did a great save. 30 minutes into the match, Chivos de Punto Fijo's goal looked a bit too open when Monty Rogers came free, but Dani Hernández reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. USA's Marco Day played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cezary Makomaski in the 33rd minute of play. Chivos de Punto Fijo's Filip Bochinski got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Äliqulu Vermäliyev in the 36th minute of play forced USA's goalkeeper Marco Day to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 38 minutes into the match, Chivos de Punto Fijo's goal looked a bit too open when Monty Rogers came free, but Dani Hernández reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Chivos de Punto Fijo's Dani Hernández played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cassius Byrne in the 41st minute of play. 47 minutes into the game, Monty Rogers cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Dani Hernández was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cassius Byrne was the one to do the kick off. When Adalberto Tejeda fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chivos de Punto Fijo's protests and gave Adalberto Tejeda a yellow card for diving instead. 1-3 came through a penalty shot after 53 played minutes, when USA:s Cassius Byrne calmly waited for Chivos de Punto Fijo:s goalkeeper to move before he rolled in the ball by the right post. Dani Hernández made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cassius Byrne in the 58th minute. Marco Day showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filip Bochinski in the 59th minute of the match. In the 60th minute, USA's Monty Rogers ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Dani Hernández. Dani Hernández yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-4. With a little luck, Chivos de Punto Fijo's Dani Hernández got control of the ball when Cassius Byrne tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dani Hernández made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Monty Rogers in the 70th minute of play. Marco Day showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filip Bochinski in the 74th minute of the match. A collision led to Chivos de Punto Fijo getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Adalberto Tejeda hit a great ball. Chivos de Punto Fijo's Juan Torrent was substituted for Filip Bochinski. Chivos de Punto Fijo's Gaston Botinos was substituted for Narciso Gombal. USA made a substitution. Khalid Parry replaced Monty Rogers. USA's Marco Baker was substituted for Edward Mcdonald. USA's Sam Campbell was substituted for Cassius Byrne. The supporters of USA booed when Chivos de Punto Fijo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adalberto Tejeda didn't get a good kick on the ball. 80 minutes into the match, Chivos de Punto Fijo's goalkeeper Dani Hernández had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sam Campbell. After having played for 83 minutes, Khalid Parry managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. USA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Khalid Parry was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Chivos de Punto Fijo's Dani Hernández played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sam Campbell in the 85th minute of play. In the 92nd minute, Sam Campbell made a precise shot to the right of Dani Hernández. Chivos de Punto Fijo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-6. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sam Campbell in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dani Hernández saved Chivos de Punto Fijo from getting behind. After some careless play in the USA defense, Juan Torrent kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marco Day. The USA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marco Day should have stopped the shot. The Chivos de Punto Fijo fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. USA were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
