Agustin Galtero was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Noel Seide showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eulalio Firmo in the 8th minute of the match. After 9 played minutes Racing Clube Zacatecas got a freekick which was hit by Igor Erramu. The supporters of Racing Clube Zacatecas booed when Haiti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jean Claude Ulysse didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 16th match minute, Haiti was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ernso Constant to maneuver through the defense. A sloppy throw-in by Luisito Piarres in the 21st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Haiti's Jean Marie Alcius. A sloppy throw-in by Baldomero Palos in the 22nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Haiti's Raymond Louis. Agustin Galtero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernso Constant in the 23rd minute of play. Anastasio Mikelar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Noel Seide made a huge save. Agustin Galtero came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Haiti's Ernso Constant. But to his dismay, Ernso Constant quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. With a little luck, Haiti's Noel Seide got control of the ball when Anastasio Mikelar tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 43rd minute Jonathan Alphonse shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Agustin Galtero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abel Katia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Haiti's Noel Seide played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Americo Larra in the 51st minute of play. In the 55th minute Alonzo Vidal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Noel Seide saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonathan Alphonse in the 61st minute of play forced Racing Clube Zacatecas's goalkeeper Agustin Galtero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Americo Larra's late challenge caught a Haiti's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Americo Larra helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Racing Clube Zacatecas getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Americo Larra hit a great ball. In the 63rd minute, Saint Jean Pierre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anastasio Mikelar took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Noel Seide. Noel Seide dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. 72 minutes into the match, Haiti's goal looked a bit too open when Abel Katia came free, but Noel Seide reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Haiti getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Saint Jean Pierre hit a great ball. 3-2 became the score in the 80th minute when Alonzo Vidal elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 83 minutes into the match, Alonzo Vidal notched a goal, 4-2, to the right of Haiti's Noel Seide. Noel Seide was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
