Peru's Eliseo Mina quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Emil Piesciuk, made in the 94th minute of the game. The audience was convinced that Nicklas Lindström's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rolando Noboa was relentless in the 97th minute of the game. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
