Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Daniel Zorita started the match with the kick off. Emanuel Sigfridsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 3rd minute of play. IKS Norrköping's Emanuel Sigfridsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 5th minute of play. In the 5th minute, Daniel Zorita made a precise shot to the right of Emanuel Sigfridsson. IKS Norrköping's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Luis Andino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 15th minute of the match, Tobias Ekeberg tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Julio Vera saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Emanuel Sigfridsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Daniel Zorita took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Emanuel Sigfridsson. Emanuel Sigfridsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Emanuel Sigfridsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emanuel Sigfridsson having to interfere. In the 37th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emanuel Sigfridsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Patrick Rosendal kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. After 42 minutes, Luis Andino mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ecuador and the IKS Norrköping players grew even worse after the yellow card. Luis Andino hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Emanuel Sigfridsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luis Andino in the 45th minute of the match. 45 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Luis Andino nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Emanuel Sigfridsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. After the first half Ecuador were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marcus Hedström to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcus Hedström in the 51st minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcus Hedström struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Julio Vera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for IKS Norrköping. 61 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Marcus Hedström came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Marcus Hedström's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Vera was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tobias Ekeberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, IKS Norrköping's Ulf Groth got a free kick in the 66th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tobias Ekeberg in the 68th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Simon Dahlman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Emanuel Sigfridsson was a little too slow when Daniel Zorita got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 71st minute. The score was now 0-4. When Cristian Sancho came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Sancho couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tobias Ekeberg during the 77th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Primitivo Andino hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Tobias Ekeberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Emanuel Sigfridsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 87th minute. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 88th minute after IKS Norrköping's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. After taking down the ball on Ecuador's corner Daniel Zorita fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Emanuel Sigfridsson quite easily take care of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristian Sancho got free with Emanuel Sigfridsson in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 93rd minute, Cristian Sancho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
