Dante Lacasa was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Gökmen Parshan. Delmar Berenguer took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dante Lacasa. Dante Lacasa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Delmar Berenguer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Dante Lacasa made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Delmar Berenguer in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dante Lacasa saved Mexico from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 24th minute of play forced Hahay's goalkeeper Aigeus Milionis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Hahay's Delmar Berenguer, in the 29th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Hahay. 31 minutes into the match, Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wawrzyniec Lewandowski. Aigeus Milionis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alberto Tafalla's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. Wawrzyniec Lewandowski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Dante Lacasa made a huge save. Joel Gaona struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Aigeus Milionis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. The supporters of Mexico booed when Hahay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wawrzyniec Lewandowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Hahay's zone, Lautaro Mancebo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aigeus Milionis came out of the goal and Lautaro Mancebo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Hahay getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Konrad Hatman hit a great ball. Aigeus Milionis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 83rd minute. 84 minutes into the match, Mexico's Luca Zorita sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aigeus Milionis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Lautaro Mancebo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aigeus Milionis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. Mexico's Alberto Tafalla got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wawrzyniec Lewandowski in the 93rd minute of play. Konrad Hatman hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. When the final whistle sounded Mexico left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Hahay.
