The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 2 played minutes Бенковски Тетевен got a freekick which was hit by Cemil Uyaralp. After a defensive mix-up in Colombia's zone, Stelian Murgu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedro Manzanares came out of the goal and Stelian Murgu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 15th minute of the match, Stelian Murgu tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Pedro Manzanares saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stelian Murgu in the 17th minute of the match. 19 minutes into the match, Stelian Murgu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pedro Manzanares. Colombia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Stelian Murgu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. If Aleks Vaskov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stelian Murgu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pedro Manzanares having to make a save. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stelian Murgu in the 25th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santino Seco in the 26th minute of play forced Бенковски Тетевен's goalkeeper Ni Guang Yong to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Бенковски Тетевен defense, Axel Montenegro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ni Guang Yong. The Бенковски Тетевен fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ni Guang Yong should have stopped the shot. Pedro Manzanares made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Wagn Rosenvig sent off a good shot on target. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stelian Murgu in the 33rd minute of play. In the 34th minute, Axel Montenegro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ni Guang Yong was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Бенковски Тетевен's Stelian Murgu was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 38th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Stelian Murgu in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pedro Manzanares prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Бенковски Тетевен's Stelian Murgu was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 43rd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal.

The wind increased when Stelian Murgu made the kick off in the second half. Pedro Manzanares came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Бенковски Тетевен's Stelian Murgu. But to his dismay, Stelian Murgu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. In the 55th minute, Abram Sarmiento hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Бенковски Тетевен's Stelian Murgu in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Colombia's goalie prevented a goal. Бенковски Тетевен were awarded a corner in the 59th minute after Colombia's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Francisc Turcu took the corner. 66 minutes into the game, Бенковски Тетевен's Stelian Murgu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pedro Manzanares made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-2. Colombia's Ignacio Mastache was substituted for Abram Sarmiento. 72 minutes into the game, Joshua Garrido threw the ball into play from the sideline. Бенковски Тетевен's Adalbert Marenski quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The audience was convinced that Stelian Murgu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pedro Manzanares was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. In the 89th match minute, Colombia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joshua Garrido to maneuver through the defense. If Stelian Murgu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stelian Murgu scored 6-2 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pedro Manzanares, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Бенковски Тетевен booed when Colombia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joshua Garrido didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Бенковски Тетевен fans cheered their team off the field, for while Colombia had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
