Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tomas Berganza kicked off to start the match. With a little luck, Panama's Marcos Cotilla got control of the ball when Nilson Snabl tried to sneak it across the goal line. Marcos Cotilla was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Duke Carnduff showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 8 minute of play. 18 minutes into the game, Duke Carnduff cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Marcos Cotilla was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Nilson Snabl's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 23rdth minute, Marcos Cotilla skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Manly FC's Duke Carnduff slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Marcos Cotilla. That made the score 3-0 after 26 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Duke Carnduff in the 30th minute of play forced Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Panama's Alex Cambeiro got a free kick in the 32nd minute. With an all-out effort, Manly FC's Marcos Cotilla threw himself towards the right post 33 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Mo Salah, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mo Salah in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcos Cotilla saved Panama from getting behind. Marcos Cotilla made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Clifford Hamilton sent off a good shot on target. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mo Salah stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Tomas Berganza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Ray Clemence tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. John Aldridge fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Cotilla having to interfere. Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by John Aldridge in the 69th minute of play. 71 minutes into the match, Panama's goal looked a bit too open when Duke Carnduff came free, but Marcos Cotilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 72 played minutes Panama got a freekick which was hit by Dylan Sarmiento. Manly FC made a substitution. Fleming Wal replaced Jasmine Kaine. In the 74th minute, Alexander Arnold sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Panama's Marcos Cotilla didn't even have to move. Abraham Alguacil who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 77thth minute tested the skills of Ray Clemence when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After having played for 80 minutes, John Aldridge managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Manly FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but John Aldridge was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mo Salah in the 83rd minute of the match. Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by John Aldridge in the 90th minute of play. Marcos Cotilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mo Salah, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the Panama players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Manly FC.
