In the 8thth minute of the game Cassius Byrne who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kania Gostyń's Boruc Furgal was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. USA were awarded a corner in the 9th minute after Kania Gostyń's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cassius Byrne took the corner. Monty Rogers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Boruc Furgal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Severiano Oliverio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Marco Day tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 30th minute Alessio Mao shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 30 minutes, Marco Day successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Marco Day showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Severiano Oliverio in the 34th minute of the match. Severiano Oliverio scored 1-0 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marco Day, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adam Wnukowski in the 36th minute of play forced USA's goalkeeper Marco Day to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Wiktor Falkiewicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alessio Mao stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Adam Wnukowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Day having to interfere. Marco Day showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alessio Mao, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Wiktor Falkiewicz might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marco Day. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Wiktor Falkiewicz ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cassius Byrne got free with Boruc Furgal in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the Kania Gostyń defense, Cassius Byrne kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Boruc Furgal. The Kania Gostyń fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Boruc Furgal should have stopped the shot. Kania Gostyń's Arnold Baaijen was substituted for Remigiusz Kazanowski. USA made a substitution. Sam Campbell replaced Cassius Byrne. USA's Marco Day played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wiktor Falkiewicz in the 69th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Monty Rogers kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Boruc Furgal. That made the score 1-2 in the 70 minute of play. Wiktor Falkiewicz struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Marco Day didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kania Gostyń. Kania Gostyń's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Balaban Gazel in the 74th minute. Arnold Baaijen hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. After 80 played minutes Kania Gostyń got a freekick which was hit by Arnold Baaijen. In the 88th minute, Marco Baker made a precise shot to the right of Boruc Furgal. Kania Gostyń's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Khalid Parry scored 1-4 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Boruc Furgal, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match was over USA could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Kania Gostyń throughout the match.
