After 20 minutes, Durval Marques mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Yara Poland and the Venezuela players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Yara Poland getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Durval Marques hit a great ball. In the 21st match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Correa to maneuver through the defense. In the 23rd minute, Jaroslaw Kaczynski made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Felix Fanøe in the 30thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when John Carew tried to sneak it across the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felix Fanøe, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felix Fanøe in the 53rd minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Yara Poland's Alberto Usuriaga. But to his dismay, Alberto Usuriaga quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Usuriaga in the 61st minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Yara Poland's Bartosz Komanski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Yara Poland from getting a goal against them. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bartosz Komanski having to interfere. Alberto Usuriaga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Usuriaga in the 74th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from John Carew in the 75th minute of the match. Yara Poland made a substitution. Kajetan Gondela replaced Durval Marques. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yara Poland made a substitution. Ziemowit Borcz replaced Alberto Usuriaga. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Yara Poland fully deserved thier win.
