Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Gez Eyre started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Matty Robson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Matty Robson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomas Illescas in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Máximo Azeredo saved White Eagles FC from getting behind. In the 17th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Máximo Azeredo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 19 minutes, Gez Eyre managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. White Eagles FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gez Eyre was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, White Eagles FC's Leopoldo Lertxun got a free kick in the 25th minute. Jonathan Ferrant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Matty Robson in the 31st minute. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gez Eyre in the 32nd minute of play. 34 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gez Eyre. 36 minutes into the match, White Eagles FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Máximo Azeredo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 37 minutes White Eagles FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tomas Illescas who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Tomas Illescas got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Máximo Azeredo quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After a defensive mix-up in White Eagles FC's zone, Joshua Secada stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Máximo Azeredo came out of the goal and Joshua Secada tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Matty Robson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. Gez Eyre's late challenge caught a Venezuela's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gez Eyre helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to White Eagles FC getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Gez Eyre hit a great ball. When Jonathan Venegas fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Venezuela's protests and gave Jonathan Venegas a yellow card for diving instead. Jonathan Venegas kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 47th minute of the game. One of Venezuela:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of White Eagles FC:s goal.

58 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Gez Eyre came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Matty Robson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 75th minute, Barrie Golding hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Guillermo Mariano got a free kick in the 78th minute. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Jonathan Venegas got a free kick in the 80th minute. Tomas Illescas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Máximo Azeredo made a huge save. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Jose Correa hit a great ball. Matty Robson took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. 92 minutes into the game, Eddie Cartwright was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. White Eagles FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Venezuela the free kick. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The White Eagles FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Venezuela had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
