After 9 minutes, Samuel Horduña mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AFC Viola Gigliati and the Honduras players grew even worse after the yellow card. Edmundo Espiga ran over to the corner to take the kick. Honduras's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Edmundo Espiga in the 94th minute. A nice corner shot did that Edmundo Espiga got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Garin Candina quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. AFC Viola Gigliati's defense didn't have a chance, in the 95th minute, when Emanuel Ocampo scored to the left of an out of position Garin Candina, making the score, 0-15. Honduras's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
