Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Daniel Zorita started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Osvald Uter could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. Felix Martinsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 6th minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Felix Montes got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 0-1. 7 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Osvald Uter got free with Julio Vera in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 11 minutes Ecuador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sune Dahlberg who took care of the corner kick. Jens-Ove Abrahamsson made a great header on LA VIOLA's corner, it was just that Ecuador's Julio Vera managed to reach the ball for a save. Felix Martinsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felix Montenegro in the 13th minute of play. Felix Martinsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 17th minute of the match. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 18th minute. The corner led to Ecuador's Luis Andino getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felix Martinsson having to interfere. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jens-Ove Abrahamsson in the 28th minute of play. Felix Martinsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Cristian Sancho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Felix Martinsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. The corner led Ecuador's Daniel Zorita to a score. 0-2 in the 42nd minute. In the 45th minute, Daniel Zorita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Albert Rutledge to strike the kick off in the second half. Luis Andino blasted a shot towards the goal in the 50th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Felix Martinsson having to make a save. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Felix Martinsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in LA VIOLA's zone, Daniel Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Felix Martinsson came out of the goal and Daniel Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sune Dahlberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Daniel Zorita's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Felix Martinsson firmly grabbed it by the left post. Cristian Sancho struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Felix Martinsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Isak Ahlbeck hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Felix Martinsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Andino in the 68th minute of play. LA VIOLA's Felix Martinsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Andino in the 71st minute of play. After a rather tough play, LA VIOLA's Jerry Stabbe got a free kick in the 74th minute. Felix Martinsson made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Cristian Sancho sent off a good shot on target. After 78 played minutes, LA VIOLA's Jens-Ove Abrahamsson shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Julio Vera came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in LA VIOLA reached it. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Osvald Uter came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the LA VIOLA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Osvald Uter couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the LA VIOLA defense, Cristian Sancho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Felix Martinsson. The LA VIOLA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Felix Martinsson should have stopped the shot. In the 93rd minute Albert Rutledge shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match was over Ecuador could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than LA VIOLA throughout the match.
