In the 18th match minute, Sacronas Futbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Octavio Regis to maneuver through the defense. Santos Sidro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lautaro Mancebo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 25th minute Lautaro Mancebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santos Sidro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Denis Stanislao had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Sacronas Futbol Club getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Saul Lon hit a great ball. Lautaro Mancebo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Santos Sidro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Denis Stanislao, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Joel Gaona blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Santos Sidro having to make a save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Sacronas Futbol Club's Santos Sidro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Sacronas Futbol Club from getting a goal against them. Santos Sidro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Tafalla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 93rd minute of the match, Alberto Tafalla tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Santos Sidro saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Denis Stanislao in the 95th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
