Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) 2 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kaj Hård. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lars Norberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 14 minutes into the match, spikarna's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Lars Norberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Juan Sebastián Puig charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Juan Sebastián Puig the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 26 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Juan Sebastián Puig. Lars Norberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 29th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daniel Zorita in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lars Norberg saved spikarna from getting behind. spikarna's Lars Norberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 35th minute of play. In the 37th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lars Norberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniel Zorita made a great header on Ecuador's corner, it was just that spikarna's Lars Norberg managed to reach the ball for a save. Julio Vera made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Olof Hamnberg sent off a good shot on target.

The wind increased when Olof Hamnberg made the kick off in the second half. When spikarna's Olof Hamnberg in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ecuador's goalie prevented a goal. When the match clock showed 52 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Olof Hamnberg sped through Ecuador's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Julio Vera. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. spikarna's Lars Norberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save spikarna from getting a goal against them. Julio Vera came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by spikarna's Olof Hamnberg. But to his dismay, Olof Hamnberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. If Felix Montenegro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Lars Norberg managed to avoid a goal in the 68thth minute, when Ecuador's Cristian Sancho fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Cristian Sancho might have been able to make a better finish in the 75th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lars Norberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cristian Sancho ran back to his position shaking his head. Daniel Zorita took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lars Norberg. Lars Norberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. Lars Norberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. After a rather tough play, spikarna's Christoffer Hansson got a free kick in the 87th minute. Olof Hamnberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play. If Felix Montenegro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
