Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Nova Iguaçu MZFC's Ünsal Sendur started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind Nova Iguaçu MZFC's goalkeeper Mickaël Maris, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Efraim Gilabert made in the 17th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Milagros Fraga immediately put the ball in play. 21 minutes into the match, Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ünsal Sendur. 23 minutes into the match, Nova Iguaçu MZFC's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Mickaël Maris reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Julian Murillo to make the kick off. When the match had gone on for 67 minutes, Ünsal Sendur put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Rolando Noboa. Thanks to some nice moves Milagros Fraga could shoot a difficult shot in the 80th minute, which Mickaël Maris however easily saved by the left post. Peru made a substitution. Eliseo Alcocer replaced Moises Gayoso. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. In the 83rd minute of the match Peru got a corner. Nova Iguaçu MZFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Eliseo Mina ran over to the corner to take the kick. Mickaël Maris took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antonio Tenorio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Heitor Ferreira kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match.
