Spectators: 52 (Terracing: 39, Seating: 12, VIP seats: 1) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Rene Rostholm started the match with the kick off. Alan Tamayo got a throw-in 4 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Orlando Casaus. In the 8th minute Orlando Casaus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nichlas Vesterdahl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Orlando Casaus in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nichlas Vesterdahl prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Nichlas Vesterdahl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orlando Casaus in the 11th minute of the match. Chile's Thiago Pliego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rene Rostholm in the 15th minute of play. Rene Rostholm fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thiago Pliego having to interfere. After 23 played minutes Randers A.F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Børge Buhr. Rene Rostholm's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Thiago Pliego read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. Rene Rostholm could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Thiago Pliego made a huge save. A collision led to Randers A.F.C. getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Radim Gola hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 37th minute of play forced Randers A.F.C.'s goalkeeper Nichlas Vesterdahl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 41st minute Mariano Lacasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nichlas Vesterdahl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Rene Rostholm came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Randers A.F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rene Rostholm couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rene Rostholm in the 44th minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mariano Lacasa made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Radim Gola hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Sigismund Ravnskjold had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Randers A.F.C.'s Alberto Dunixi was substituted for Zbyszko Drozdowski. After 65 minutes of play, Randers A.F.C.'s Rene Rostholm made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Thiago Pliego was left in no man's land by his defense there! 71 minutes into the game, Xavier Figueroa threw the ball into play from the sideline. Randers A.F.C.'s Arthur Shelby quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. When the match clock showed 72 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Bruno Steenbeck sped through Chile's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Thiago Pliego. When Mariano Lacasa came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Chile fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mariano Lacasa couldn't finish the play. 82 minutes into the match, Mariano Lacasa notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Randers A.F.C.'s Nichlas Vesterdahl. Nichlas Vesterdahl was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 87 played minutes Chile got a freekick which was hit by Jose Manzanedo. 88 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Bruno Steenbeck came free, but Thiago Pliego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Randers A.F.C. booed when Chile was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Manzanedo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Many of Chile's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Chile may have spent more time on the ball, but Randers A.F.C. were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
