Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Tomas Berganza started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After 4 played minutes Panama got a freekick which was hit by Matthew Garrido. A hard shot by Niilo Mikkola from long distance, 5 minutes into the match, got Marcos Cotilla's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Norberto Trevisan charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Norberto Trevisan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to SeleSantos FC getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Norberto Trevisan hit a great ball. Dinei Pinheiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Berganza in the 8th minute of play. With a little luck, Panama's Marcos Cotilla got control of the ball when Niilo Mikkola tried to sneak it across the goal line. SeleSantos FC were awarded a corner in the 11th minute after Panama's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Niilo Mikkola took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Niilo Mikkola got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Marcos Cotilla quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. With an all-out effort, SeleSantos FC's Marcos Cotilla threw himself towards the right post 14 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Daniel Montenegro, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Niilo Mikkola received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Marcos Cotilla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Niilo Mikkola in the 27th minute of play forced Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. SeleSantos FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Niilo Mikkola in the 28th minute. A nice corner shot did that Niilo Mikkola got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Marcos Cotilla quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After a rather tough play, SeleSantos FC's Aílton Seco got a free kick in the 29th minute. Tomas Berganza kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Felipe Ros during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Jacobo Casado's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Marcos Cotilla firmly grabbed it by the left post. Dinei Pinheiro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Miguel Miralles's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. The SeleSantos FC fans' excitement grew in the 40th match minute when SeleSantos FC's Niilo Mikkola looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Marcos Cotilla made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jacobo Casado in the 42nd minute. Daniel Montenegro hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Niilo Mikkola made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, SeleSantos FC's Niilo Mikkola sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marcos Cotilla narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 54 minutes into the game, SeleSantos FC's Niilo Mikkola nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcos Cotilla made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Tomas Berganza took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dinei Pinheiro. Dinei Pinheiro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. SeleSantos FC's Dinei Pinheiro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save SeleSantos FC from getting a goal against them. Daniel Montenegro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Marcos Cotilla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Abraham Alguacil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dinei Pinheiro having to interfere. With a little luck, SeleSantos FC's Dinei Pinheiro got control of the ball when Isidoro Sarmiento tried to sneak it across the goal line. 83 minutes into the game, Niilo Mikkola cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Marcos Cotilla was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Dinei Pinheiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Berganza in the 86th minute of play. Marcos Cotilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacobo Casado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. There was no doubt that SeleSantos FC were the better team. SeleSantos FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
