Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Joachim Hägg started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Javier Oskarbi kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Edmundo Espiga, 11 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The audience was convinced that Joachim Hägg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lautaro Navarro was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Honduras's Esteban Carvallo got a free kick in the 14th minute. In the 17th minute, Sebastian Villa made a precise shot to the right of Jörgen Stenman. IFK Göteborg's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Jörgen Stenman came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Honduras's Sebastian Villa. But to his dismay, Sebastian Villa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. If Sebastian Villa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 25th minute Edmundo Espiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jörgen Stenman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 29 minutes into the match, Edmundo Espiga had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jörgen Stenman. IFK Göteborg's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edmundo Espiga was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Edmundo Espiga took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jörgen Stenman. Jörgen Stenman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Ove Lövkvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kjell Björnberg hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. Edmundo Espiga took the ball and in the 49 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jörgen Stenman. Jörgen Stenman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. The IFK Göteborg players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Honduras were winning 0-5.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Edmundo Espiga to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 61st minute Edmundo Espiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jörgen Stenman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vitaliy Krylatov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jörgen Stenman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Moises Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. 69 minutes into the match, IFK Göteborg's goalkeeper Jörgen Stenman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edmundo Espiga. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joachim Hägg in the 74th minute of play. Sebastian Villa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Jörgen Stenman made a huge save. Moises Tafalla's late challenge caught a IFK Göteborg's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Moises Tafalla helped the player get up and apologised. In the 79th minute, Moises Tafalla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Honduras's Sebastian Villa got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Through an outstanding action, after 84 minutes, Jörgen Stenman successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. IFK Göteborg's Jörgen Stenman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save IFK Göteborg from getting a goal against them. In the 92nd match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emanuel Ocampo to maneuver through the defense. 98 minutes in the game Kjell Björnberg did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Mattias Kilman.
