Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Mexico's Joel Gaona started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The Limburg United fans' excitement grew in the 3rd match minute when Limburg United's Joris De Raeve looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Brend Vanden Driessche took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dante Lacasa. Dante Lacasa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 15th minute, Lautaro Mancebo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sean Van Dijck was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fredrik Terwenhout in the 17th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 24 minutes into the match, Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Joris De Raeve. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fredrik Terwenhout in the 26th minute of play. 27 minutes into the game, Alberto Tafalla cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Sean Van Dijck was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Limburg United's Sean Van Dijck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luca Zorita in the 30th minute of play. Mexico's Dante Lacasa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Mexico from getting a goal against them. In the 33rd minute Luca Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sean Van Dijck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 36th minute of play forced Limburg United's goalkeeper Sean Van Dijck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mexico were awarded a corner in the 37th minute after Limburg United's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Joel Gaona took the corner. The corner ended in Joel Gaona almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Limburg United's Sean Van Dijck did a great save. The supporters of Mexico booed when Limburg United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pieter-Maarten Van Beets didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anios Karaoulanis hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. 43 minutes into the match, Lautaro Mancebo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sean Van Dijck. Limburg United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lautaro Mancebo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-4. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 2-4.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Joris De Raeve made a kick off. If Alberto Tafalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 55th minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sean Van Dijck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 57 minutes into the game, Limburg United's Fredrik Terwenhout nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dante Lacasa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-4. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fredrik Terwenhout in the 62nd minute of the match. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brend Vanden Driessche, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 68 minutes, Amador Azailla mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Limburg United and the Mexico players grew even worse after the yellow card. Amador Azailla kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joris De Raeve, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brend Vanden Driessche in the 71st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Brend Vanden Driessche in the 75th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 76 minutes of play, Mexico's Joel Gaona made it 3-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sean Van Dijck was left in no man's land by his defense there! A hard shot 81 in the game by Lautaro Mancebo from a close distance when the talented Sean Van Dijck managed to make a qualified save. Limburg United's players were relieved. With a little luck, Limburg United's Sean Van Dijck got control of the ball when Lautaro Mancebo tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Mexico booed when Limburg United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joris De Raeve didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sean Van Dijck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. The Mexico supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Mexico would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
