Waldemar Zalipski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Daniel Zorita struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Odin Son didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Agustín Saelices got a free kick in the 21st minute. In the 23rd match minute, Harkujärve JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carcelén Vicente to maneuver through the defense. Bastian Schweinsteiger kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. After 26 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Primitivo Andino. Waldemar Zalipski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Harkujärve JK's Waldemar Zalipski got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 39th minute, Waldemar Zalipski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Bastian Schweinsteiger tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 42nd minute of the match Harkujärve JK got a corner. Ecuador's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Carcelén Vicente ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Harkujärve JK's Carcelén Vicente to fire away a dangerous shot which Julio Vera despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Harkujärve JK's Taavet Vest was substituted for Carcelén Vicente. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Zorita to strike the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Taavet Vest in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Julio Vera was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice moves Daniel Zorita could shoot a difficult shot in the 74th minute, which Odin Son however easily saved by the left post. After some careless play in the Harkujärve JK defense, Felix Montenegro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Odin Son. The Harkujärve JK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Odin Son should have stopped the shot. When the match clock showed 82 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Taavet Vest sped through Ecuador's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Julio Vera. 86 minutes into the game, Eimar Kraut cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Julio Vera was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 94 minutes into the game, Taavet Vest cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-2.
