Demonde Jacobson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Hafström in the 9th minute of play. Demonde Jacobson came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Bajen's Rolf Henriksson. But to his dismay, Rolf Henriksson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 16 minutes into the match, Jamaica's goal looked a bit too open when Gilbert Waller came free, but Demonde Jacobson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Jarell Hill had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 21 minutes into the match, Jamaica's goalkeeper Demonde Jacobson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rolf Henriksson. Demonde Jacobson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rolf Henriksson in the 23rd minute. Wayan Freeman's late challenge caught a Bajen's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wayan Freeman helped the player get up and apologised. 25 minutes into the game, one of Jamaica:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by David Ahlroth during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Bajen getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. David Ahlroth hit a great ball. Rolf Henriksson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Demonde Jacobson made a huge save. Demonde Jacobson made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Rolf Henriksson sent off a good shot on target. In the 36th minute Sebastian Hafström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Demonde Jacobson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Bajen's zone, Karlus Waugh stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arne Emander came out of the goal and Karlus Waugh tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Finlay Stair stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Arne Emander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Finlay Stair in the 52nd minute of play. A collision led to Bajen getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Mathias Jönsson hit a great ball. After having played for 60 minutes, Sebastian Hafström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bajen's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sebastian Hafström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 63rd minute, Ingvar Ahlqvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Jamaica booed when Bajen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Ahlroth didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sebastian Hafström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Demonde Jacobson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Sebastian Hafström came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Bajen fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sebastian Hafström couldn't finish the play. Bajen walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
