Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Daniel Zorita started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Teo Bernaldo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felix Montenegro, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 5th minute. Ecuador's Agustín Saelices was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Teo Bernaldo in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Cristian Sancho scored 0-1 in the 6th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Teo Bernaldo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eliseo Mantzio's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eliseo Mantzio helped the player get up and apologised. Luis Andino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Teo Bernaldo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Cristian Sancho came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Sancho couldn't finish the play. Cristian Sancho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Teo Bernaldo having to make a save. Angel Paulin kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Teo Bernaldo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 20th minute of play. In the 20th minute, Daniel Zorita ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Teo Bernaldo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. If Felix Montenegro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eliseo Mantzio got his second yellow card in the match during the 30th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Eliseo Mantzio kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. In the 33rd minute, Daniel Zorita ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Teo Bernaldo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. The audience was convinced that Daniel Zorita's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Teo Bernaldo was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. After 36 minutes, Daniel Zorita made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18's Teo Bernaldo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 39th minute of play forced StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18's goalkeeper Teo Bernaldo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristian Sancho took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Teo Bernaldo. Teo Bernaldo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5.

After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristian Sancho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Teo Bernaldo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 53rd minute, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-6. With a little luck, StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18's Teo Bernaldo got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 58th minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. Cristian Sancho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Teo Bernaldo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. 60 minutes had been played when some careless play by StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Ecuador's Daniel Zorita to fire away a dangerous shot which Teo Bernaldo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Cristian Sanchos short, quick shot in the 62ndth minute got Teo Bernaldo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Teo Bernaldo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 63rd minute. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 65th minute after StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. The corner led Ecuador's Luis Andino to fire away a dangerous shot which Teo Bernaldo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Teo Bernaldo made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18 were awarded a corner in the 79th minute after Ecuador's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Angel Paulin took the corner. The corner ended in Primitivo Ezkerra almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ecuador's Julio Vera did a great save. Teo Bernaldo made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 82 minutes, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Sancho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Teo Bernaldo was out of position in the 84 minute of play, and Daniel Zorita capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Daniel Zorita really showed his touch with that goal: 0-7. Teo Bernaldo came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Cristian Sancho. But to his dismay, Cristian Sancho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18's Teo Bernaldo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 90th minute of play. In the 93rd minute, Augusto Vachon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 95 minutes into the match, StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18's Abelardo Monico sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18 fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ecuador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
